request a quick quote, certificate of insurance, contact GIA via e-mail through
the contact form, or post a message in the feedback form.

collected includes: names, addresses, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers,
etc.
The personal information
collected is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling customer requests or
collecting Insurance Underwriting information and is not used by GIA for any
other purpose.
GIA may send you information
on products, services, events, and special promotions. Out of respect for
the privacy of our users we present you the option of not receiving these
types of communications by contacting GIA Direct by phone 845.265.2220, by
fax 845.265.4757, or via e-mail at PLService@Gerelli-Insurance.com
and requesting removal from all e-mail, fax, or mailing lists. You will
be taken off lists within 4-6 weeks of your request. If you receive anything
in the meantime, we apologize. Any changes to your personal information may
be sent to GIA directly as well.

GIA uses outside sources

databases and log files. The data is stored for display or policy processing
as appropriate. The servers that store this information are in a secure environment
provided by our hosting companies. GIA employees who need information to perform
a specific job such as policy processing are granted access to personally
identifiable information.
