I am always happily surprised that in this day and age when people say they will do something you ask, that every one at Gerelli insurance does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it! Often even sooner.
Because of the great service and fantastic rates, I not only have my business account with them but have recently switched my cars,truck and homeowners insurance to them.....saving thousands of dollars.
Keep up the great service and looking after me by giving me better coverage at lower rates.

Not with Gerelli Insurance Agency! You call and hit 0 for the receptionist, Ask for the agent and you get right through or called back very quickly! As A contracto,r I Get busy, Gerelli Insurance will give me a curtsy call a few days before a payment is due. I have personally worked with Linda,Trisha,,Anna just to mention a few agents at Gerelli. for Commercial, worker comp, home and auto insurance. If you want Impeccable service. Quick response time, through answers to complicated insurance question ( they always come up in an emergency) then Use Gerelli Insurance agency! Gerelli Insurance has also saved me 1000,00's in insurance cost in every situation, I have inquired about Gerelli produced better insurance coverage and a lower premium! I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with the prompt, courteous service I got from Jean. I called to ask to have my certificate be sent to Building Department. Because of restrictions on the building,,, they told me that unfortunately, my application would have to go in front of a zoning board which meets once a month. They also said that if I got paper work in the next morning I would be able to make this month's meeting.

When I called Jean, it was close to closing time. She stopped what she was doing and sent me what I needed. I very rarely find that people do what they say they are going to do,,, but never with your office.

So I just wanted to write and say thank you for always having such nice people to help me and wanted to make sure Jean got recognized for a job well done.
